About the Role:
This is a key position that requires a high level of operational expertise and leadership skill. The ideal candidate will have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Assist with project schedule and budget tracking and monitoring.
- Interface with municipal clients, design teams, and contractors.
- Coordinate and track project documents (drawings, specs, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, and quality.
- Prepare and maintain project records, including weekly and monthly project status reports.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of successful construction project management experience.
- Proven experience with Procore.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
What We Offer:
