**Responsibilities**
The Construction Project Director will be responsible for:
- Serve as Point of Contact to Client and Consultants
- Lead the project team as the Client's On-site Representative for all project matters
- Provide regular evaluation of project schedule and budget, identifying any deviations from plan and offering proposed solutions needed to meet project goals
- Provide QA/QC oversight for internal project team
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of successful construction project management experience, with emphasis on major healthcare projects. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment. Compensation: Minimum: $160,000 Maximum: $230,000. The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
