Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications through regular inspections
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and inspectors to meet project deadlines and budgets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality control and reduce costs
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large-scale, multi-contract building projects
- OSHA 30 Certification and strong knowledge of safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
