- Project Controls Management: Lead a group of professionals performing estimating, scheduling, and data management; implement and maintain project controls methodologies like EVM to track project performance against baseline plans
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards in Power BI that clearly display project progress, cost variances, schedule deviations, and key performance indicators
- Reporting and Communication: Create customized reports for different levels of management, providing clear and concise project performance updates
