The LiRo Group is seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Pearl River, NY. As a key member of our Division of Environmental Programs & Climate Initiatives, you will be responsible for leading the collection of Environmental Project Declarations (EPDs) for construction projects within our portfolio.
In this role, you will maintain a database of EPDs collected on construction projects and communicate with various groups and individuals involved in a project to ensure accurate submittals. You will also consult with D&C Project Managers, D&C Team Leaders, consultant architects, and engineers regarding EPD submittals.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in environmental sciences, construction management, or a related field. You should have minimum two years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation and possess knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents.
