Job Title: Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee a large building renovation and site work project located in Montauk, Long Island.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-construction efforts in design
- Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to complete each project on time
- Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the project
- Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, and quality
- Ensure compliance with generally accepted standards of workmanship
- Communicate directly with the client
- Provide technical evaluations, advice, and guidance
Qualifications
- Candidates must have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10-15 years of successful construction project management experience
- Building experience is a must; parks experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
