What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Quality Assurance Specialist position at The LiRo Group?
We are seeking a Construction Quality Assurance Specialist to join our construction management team at The LiRo Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for inspecting construction work to ensure compliance with building standards and project specifications, documenting inspections and reporting any issues.
You will also coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to complete each project on time, monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the project, and communicate with the project team and support each subcontractor to execute his job duties effectively and efficiently.
In addition, you will perform inspections or schedule inspectors to meet the varying safety and compliance regulations of each job location, maintain a written daily log of visitors, job actions performed, materials expended, and problems resolved on the job site, travel between multiple job sites, and manage work loads of individual projects.
