What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Project Manager position at The LiRo Group?
The LiRo Group is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Construction Sustainability Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal by leading the collection of Environmental Project Declarations (EPDs) for construction projects within OGS Design & Construction's portfolio.
You will work closely with D&C Project Managers, D&C Team Leaders, consultant architects and engineers to ensure EPD submittals are completed accurately. A strong understanding of all facets of construction and construction documents is essential.
The successful candidate will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Landscape Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Technology, Construction Management, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation is required.
You will also maintain a database of EPDs collected on construction projects within OGS D&C's portfolio.
