About the Position

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all construction work meets the required standards of quality and safety.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with clients and construction contractors/subcontractors to achieve common goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large-scale, multi-contract building projects.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach working with clients and construction contractors/subcontractors.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
