The LiRo Group is a leading provider of construction management, engineering, and program management solutions. As a Construction Project Controls Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of professionals in project cost management, scheduling, and data analysis
- Implementing and maintaining project controls methodologies, such as Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Monitoring project costs, schedule, and risks to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions
- Analyzing change orders and their impact on project budget and timeline
- Conducting regular project status reviews with project teams
Data Analysis and Visualization: Extract and transform project data from various sources, design and develop interactive dashboards in Power BI that clearly display project progress, cost variances, schedule deviations, and key performance indicators.
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong understanding of project management methodologies, cost control, scheduling, and EVM principles. Ability to gather clean, analyze, and interpret complex project data from multiple sources.
