As a Project Manager for our Job Order Contracting (JOC) division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects. You will oversee complex procurements, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field, and five years of relevant construction industry experience or eight years' relevant construction industry experience with public or private projects. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are also required.
