Key Responsibilities
- Inspect all material upon arrival to the jobsite to ensure compliance
- Communicate with the project team and support each subcontractor to execute his job duties effectively and efficiently
- Travel between multiple job sites and simultaneously manage work loads of individual projects
Requirements
- Strong communications written and oral skills and a collaborative approach working with both client and construction contractor/subcontractors
- Ability to understand and interpret contract documents including specifications and drawings
