The LiRo Group seeks a seasoned Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction endeavors in Rockland County, NY.
This position comes with an estimated hourly compensation range of $40-$56, contingent upon location and qualifications.
Main Duties:
- Supervise the coordination of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
- Maintain quality control by inspecting work and materials.
- Ensure project adherence to contractual terms through regular site inspections.
Required Skills and Experience:
- No less than 6 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, including multiple phases of building or rehabilitation projects.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Superintendent or Inspector on complex, multi-contract building projects.
