We currently have a need for a Senior Project Manager for a variety of projects including health-care facilities throughout the Boston Metropolitan area.

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, Needham, MA and Metro Park, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Project lead for both Design and Construction phases
- Communicate directly with client, A / E team, Builder, stakeholders and user groups
- Oversee and ensure quality and consistency of design and construction and all aspects of project
- Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance
- Monitor and track project budgets
- Coordinate with adjacent projects impacted by the proposed work
- Manage project administrative efforts, including progress reports, submittals, requisitions, and change orders
