About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing construction inspection services for multi-trade contracts, ensuring compliance with contract requirements. They will also coordinate third-party code inspections, communicate with project teams, and ensure quality control standards are met. Additionally, they will maintain daily logs, identify and resolve problems, and oversee safety and security at project sites.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in construction, preferably involving multiple phases of large-scale building or rehabilitation projects. A strong background in institutional construction, experience with Submittal Exchange and Bluebeam, and excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
