The Lisa Cozzi Team at Century 21 AllPoints is a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time Real Estate Investor and Commercial Client specialist. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented Investor and Commercial specialist who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented.
Our customized, lead-generating system allows our team agents to become hyper-local experts, offering region-specific investment insights that clients can trust in any market, whether urban, suburban, or rural.
We equip agents with the tools to be invaluable investment partners, blending data-driven property analysis with proactive client engagement. This system’s powerful combination of advanced property expertise and consistent client communication fosters repeat business, high client satisfaction, and a strong reputation as an authority in real estate investment.
We create and provide our clients daily Investment Analysis Across Property Types; Income-Producing Properties, Fix-and-Flip & Value-Add Projects, New Construction & Land Development, and Distressed Properties & Short Sales along with Proactive Client Communication.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential, investment and commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to identify property values and trends.
- Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
- Provide guidance on real estate law and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers and inspectors.
- Organize open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers.
