What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager position at THE LITTLE BIG CUP?
We are currently looking for an individual to join our team in the role of an Assistant Front of the House Manager. Candidates must have restaurant management experience with service, bartending, inventory, Department of Health guidelines & ATC guidelines. Potential candidates must have a flexible schedule & reliable transportation. Candidates must possess a laptop or tablet for Management access. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. Position is a salaried position and starting pay is based on experience and feedback from references. Tasks includes"
Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
Organizing schedules
Keeping track of employees' hours
Recording payroll data
Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
