Do you have gymnastics experience and love working with kids? The Little Gym of Leawood is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic instructor to bring excitement, encouragement, and serious fun to our classes for kids ages 3-12!
What You’ll Be Doing:
For over 40 years, The Little Gym has helped kids grow stronger, more confident, and more awesome, with 300 locations worldwide. Our programs (Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School) are taught in a clean, safe, and nurturing environment filled with laughter and learning.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Teaching seriously fun gymnastics-based classes using our proven curriculum (we’ll train you on our teaching methods!).
- Helping kids develop gymnastics skills in a safe, encouraging, and confidence-boosting environment.
- Bringing energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to every class.
- Engaging with parents and making them love The Little Gym as much as their kids do.
- Creating an experience where kids leave feeling like rockstars every single class!
- You have gymnastics experience (coaching or training—big bonus!).
- You can match a 4-year-old’s energy level (or at least try).
- You were voted Most Likely to Be in a Good Mood in high school.

- You’re great at switching from silly to structured when needed.
