Job Title: Gymnastics Instructor – Level 5 Gymnast and/or Advanced Cheerleader Required

Location: Vancouver, WA (East)

Role: Part-Time 15-20 Hours per Week, Includes Sunday, Weekday afternoon/evening

Key Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching methods, ensuring that each child’s experience is both fun and educational while ensuring a safe environment for skill growth.
• Foster a positive and nurturing environment, encouraging children to develop physical skills, confidence, and self-esteem. Approach each class with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring that children leave feeling accomplished and confident.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships with children and their families; Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that makes children feel excited and safe to learn.
• Ensure the facility is consistently clean, organized, and attractive for families throughout the day, and fully sanitized at the end of each day.
• Complete enrollment responsibilities including teaching amazing classes, discussing our program goals, and following up with potential customers throughout their membership journey.
• Assist gym director and program director with training safe spotting techniques and evaluating class quality.
  
  

Qualifications

• Level 5 gymnast or advanced cheerleading experience is required.
• A background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is preferred.
• Coaching or instruction experience- volunteer or paid.
• Must be 18 or older to meet safety and supervisor requirements.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
