Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Evening/Weekend Manager-in-Training (MIT) to join our team. As an MIT, you'll undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to manage a The Little Gym location. You'll work closely with our experienced management team to learn all aspects of running a successful gym, including operations, marketing, sales, and team management.
Responsibilities:
-Teaching awesome gymnastics and enrichment classes to children age 4 months - 12 years old (experience in gymnastics/dance/cheer/tumbling is required).
- Complete a comprehensive training program covering all aspects of gym operations and class instruction
- Assist in managing daily gym operations, including supervising staff, closing and opening the gym, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
-Assist the Program Director in facilitating and implementing curriculum training of our staff of Seriously Fun coaches
-Carry out strategic marketing and sales initiatives to drive enrollment and revenue growth
- Build relationships with families, staff, and the local community
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence
This position is a part-time (25-30 hr/week) position, with lots of room for advancement and could develop into a full-time position. The start date is July 2024!
