Gym Director

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and will possess superior time management skills. Professional management experience AND a proven track record of working with children is strongly preferred. A combination of daytime, evening, and weekend hours are required; we can be flexible on exact schedule for the right person. The Little Gym 'Gym Director' is a full-time, career level position, responsible for the overall operational performance of a The Little Gym.

General responsibilities frequently include:

· Teaching excellent movement-based classes to children 4 months to 12 years

· Recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing team of instructors and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, engagement, and continuous improvement

· Driving business growth through effective marketing strategies, community outreach, and partnership development

· Managing customer relations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention, and address parent concerns with sensitivity and professionalism

· Overseeing the daily operations of the gym, ensuring a safe, clean, and inviting environment for both children and parents

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
