Through movement-based learning and imaginative play, we help children build confidence and essential life skills.For over 40 years, The Little Gym has nurtured happy, confident kids around the world through gymnastics, dance, sports prep, and fun activities like Day Camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, and Birthday Parties. WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Program Director, you’ll play a key role in delivering an incredible experience for kids and their families while leading our team and gym culture.Teach engaging, high-energy classes for kids 4 months - 12 years using our proven curriculum (don’t worry, we’ll train you and you’ll have an online portal to access and adapt all weekly lesson plans!)
Create an exceptional member experience by providing outstanding customer service.Oversee program quality to ensure we meet our standards and are providing a great customer experience.
Train and mentor team members, ensuring they grow and thrive in their roles.
Foster a fun, positive culture that makes The Little Gym a welcoming community.Manage gym operations, including scheduling, cleanliness, and event planning.
Drive and track key performance metrics like enrollment, retention, and intro class conversions.Plan and execute special events, including camps, birthday parties, and Parents’ Survival Nights.
Engage with customer inquiries via phone, text, and email to build strong relationships.
