What we expect from you...

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!)
• Build relationships with parents and children ages 4 months to 3 years old. If you love older kids, weve got those too!
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.

• You have a background in Early Childhood Development.
• You have background in gymnastics, dance, or education.
• You are great at public speaking.

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 1:30pm
• Monday & Thursday: Required
• 10 - 20 weekly hours

The Little Gym is the worlds premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Lifes Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. Once you become a part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise Somersault Operating, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that Somersault Operating. All inquiries about employment at this franchise should be made directly to Somersault Operating, and not to The Little Gym Franchising Corporate. Somersault Operating currently has 22 The Little Gym locations spread across 7 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA).
