We’re seeking an ambitious and talented Executive Sous Chef who wants to be an essential part of shaping this vision and taking our culinary program to the next level. This position is your chance to work closely with Chef Coffey and help lead a passionate team in executing innovative, memorable, and delicious dishes.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with Chef Coffey to develop, execute, and refine our exciting new culinary vision
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence in every dish
- Mentor, train, and inspire a talented culinary team, driving a culture of professionalism, creativity, and respect
- Manage scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and food cost controls with precision and accountability
- Lead by example during service, maintaining impeccable standards and constant communication with BOH and FOH
- Maintain and enforce strict hygiene and cleanliness standards, aligning with best practices
- Actively contribute to menu development and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table
Who You Are
- Experienced culinary professional with at least 4 years in leadership roles in high-caliber kitchens
- Strong communicator and natural leader who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment
- Passionate about high standards, scratch cooking, creativity, and team-driven success
- Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks seamlessly
