We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to oversee the financial management and reporting functions of our organization. This role is integral in ensuring accurate bookkeeping, effective cash flow management, and timely reporting for leadership and advisory teams. The ideal candidate is a QuickBooks Online Certified professional with a strong background in managing accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting, and cash flow oversight.

Key Responsibilites
Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR):
- Process and manage AP/AR payments to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Maintain an outstanding revenue rate of less than 2%.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow, including bill payments and remote check deposits.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on financial status and spending trends.
Bookkeeping and Reporting:
- Manage QuickBooks Online (QBO) and ensure accurate financial records.@
- Compile and distribute monthly P&L reports.
- Reconcile credit card statements and balances monthly.
- Provide comprehensive reporting for leadership, CEM, and the advisory team.
Tax Preparation:
- Collaborate with CPA to ensure seamless tax preparation and compliance.
- Manage W9s and other tax-related documents.
- Banking and Financial Relationships:
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with banking and other lending partners
- Handle remote check deposits and check payments deposited weekly.
