As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with healthcare professionals, presenting cutting-edge solutions, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pain, orthopedic, and podiatry healthcare professionals, facilities, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
- Educate potential clients on the value and benefits of products/services.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- Relationships in the New Orleans market with pain and orthopedic physicians
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in medical sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel within the New Orleans region and surrounding areas.
- Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
