**Position Overview:**
We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Servers to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and provide recommendations from our menu.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server in a busy restaurant environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.
