Summary: We seek a dynamic Marketing and Communications Leader to drive enterprise strategy, elevate brand presence, and unify our voice across audiences. Responsibilities:
Enterprise Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with enterprise goals to drive growth and market leadership.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Leverage market research and competitive analysis to refine decision-making.
- Ensure cross-departmental alignment and a cohesive go-to-market approach.
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Measure ROI and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Individual Brand Marketing
- Execute an annual marketing plan with precise tactics, timelines, and budgets.
- Shape conference strategies and amplify industry presence.
- Manage advertising, media buying, and digital campaigns for optimal reach.
- Oversee website maintenance and thought leadership content (e.g., blogs, whitepapers).
- Enhance brand identity, pursue industry awards, and lead product launches.
- Drive lead generation with impactful campaigns.
External Communications
- Direct public relations and social media to boost reputation and engagement.
- Manage pharma-facing media relations and crisis communications with expertise.
- Provide team training for media and presentations.
Executive Communications
- Develop C-suite messaging for internal, external, and Board communications.
- Support acquisition integration and future positioning strategies.
Professional Skills and Requirements:
- Experience:10 years in marketing/communications, with enterprise strategy and brand management expertise. Medical communications knowledge required.
- Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, digital marketing, ROI analysis, and crisis management.
- Mindset: Innovative, collaborative, and results-oriented.
- Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Hours: This role requires working EST hours
