Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team. Your love for animals and expertise in grooming techniques will ensure that our furry friends receive the best care possible.
Qualifications:
Experience in Pet grooming required. Will need to provide references of previous work completed for various breeds/styles.
Job Responsibilities:
- MUST be able to style all types of dogs to the breed standards and client wishes
- Groom dogs from head to tail (bath, drying, brush out, ear and teeth cleaning, flea treatments, gland expression, nail clipping/filing, de-shedding, de-matting)
- Create a welcoming environment for pets and their owners
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Clean your area throughout the day and at end of shift
- Have own grooming equipment (clippers, blades, sheers, nail clippers, and be responsible for keeping tools sharp and sanitized)
Compensation:
Groomers are paid on a commission basis weekly.
- 40-50% commission (W2) all tips
