Summary of Responsibilities:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Greet, check in and settle guests into accommodations - ensuring that all service standards are followed until day of departure
- Assist guests regarding resort facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Knowledgable of accommodations, on site activities, and other services offered at The Lodge at Glendorn
- Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards
- Answer phone calls to take reservations in a professional, calm manner
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma Required
- Must have valid drivers license
- Hotel Front of House experience preferred but not required
Language Skills:
- Ability to communicate well with guests and fellow staff
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
Reasoning Ability
- Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
- Must be able to listen carefully to guest requests and execute them in a timely manner
Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
