THE ROLE

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

Ø Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bike share program, ensuring seamless service for guests and visitors.

Ø Bike Maintenance & Safety: Ensure all bikes are regularly inspected, maintained, and repaired as needed to uphold safety and performance standards.

Ø Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise bike share attendants to ensure high-quality guest service and operational efficiency.

Ø Guest Experience: Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with rentals, troubleshooting issues, and promoting safe biking practices.

Ø Inventory & Equipment Management: Track and maintain bike inventory, ensuring an adequate number of bikes are available for use at all times.

Ø Compliance & Safety Standards: Ensure all operations adhere to park and state regulations regarding bike safety and environmental sustainability.

Ø Data Tracking & Reporting: Monitor bike usage, generate reports on key metrics, and provide insights for program improvements.

Ø Community Engagement: Work with park officials, local organizations, and guests to promote the program and encourage participation.

Ø Budget & Resource Management: Assist in budgeting for maintenance, staffing, and program development to optimize costs and enhance sustainability.
