Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and the Registered Nurse (RN) and / or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the CNA responsibilities include, but are not limited to; supervising and assisting with activities, serving meals to residents and assisting with feeding as needed, providing or assisting with resident personal care, and taking / recording vital signs.
