What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server - Part Time position at The Lodge at Truitt Homestead?
The Lodge at Truitt Homestead, Southern Delaware's Premier Independent Living Community, is hiring Part Time Servers and Bartenders to add to our dining team. The Lodge offers PTO for our part time staff. If you love working with the senior population, this is the job for you. As a server and/or bartender, you will be responsible for:
Preparing the dining room set up, taking meal orders and cleaning the dining room at the end of shift.
Assure that the residents/guests are satisfied with their meals.
Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items
Maintain assigned tables and surrounding area
Provide a pleasant drinking experience for our customers
Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area
Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation and safety procedures
