Location: Lake Ozark, MO, 65049
Job Description:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and visitors of the hotel. They will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for greeting them, checking them in, and providing information about the hotel and surrounding area. The Front Desk Agent will also be responsible for answering phone calls, making reservations, and handling any guest requests or concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and make reservations
- Provide information about the hotel and surrounding area
- Handle any guest requests or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
Salary:
