Job Summary
The Resort Banquet Setup (PM Shift 2PM-11PM) is responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet rooms and equipment for events at the resort. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. $15.00 Plus Gratuity Tips
Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
- Ensure all equipment is in working order and properly placed
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment
- Break down banquet rooms and equipment after events
- Ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained
- Assist with inventory management
- Communicate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure smooth event execution
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in banquet setup preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
