Resort Maintenance Job Description
Location: Lake Ozark, MO, 65049
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Resort Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, with experience in a resort or hospitality setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Respond to guest requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and professional manner
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of resort facilities
- Assist with special projects and renovations as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair work
- Experience in a resort or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in outdoor environments
