Job Description:
The Houseperson/Linen Runner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel's public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. They will assist the housekeeping staff with tasks such as delivering linens and supplies, removing trash and dirty linens, and cleaning guest rooms as needed. This person will also be responsible for responding to guest requests and ensuring that all linen closets are always well-stocked and presentable.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
