We are seeking a Chef and Front-of-House Manager (or team) to lead our culinary and dining experience at a resort in a charming rural Montana town. Our property hosts events, operates a restaurant on a serene lake, and is nestled in a breathtaking mountain town.
Position Highlights :
- Chef Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a high-quality culinary program, including menu design, seasonal specials, and event catering.
- Manage the kitchen operations, including food preparation, ordering, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Bring creativity and passion to fine dining and event menus that celebrate the local flavors and ingredients.
- Lead and train kitchen staff to ensure excellence.
- Front-of-House Manager Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of the front-of-house operations, ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Manage reservations, staff scheduling, training, and workflow.
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with the Chef to coordinate dining and event logistics.
- Develop strategies to enhance the guest experience and grow the business.
