Duties

- Conduct regular assessments of store performance metrics, including sales targets and retail math calculations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring it operates efficiently for all transactions.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales opportunities.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
