Responsibilities
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and culinary support.
- Help bus tables and clear dining areas to ensure a pleasant experience for guests.
- Support banquet and catering operations by ensuring timely availability of clean dishes and utensils.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
