Job Title: Hybrid Line Cook / Prep Cook

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of the kitchen before service, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and organizing ingredients.
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stored, and labeled.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following sanitation and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the kitchen manager.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to guarantee a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a line cook and/or prep cook preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $23.00/hour.
