We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Nursing. We are looking for an individual with a previous record of successful clinical management for a skilled nursing facility, measured by few or no violations, stable staffing, and above-average census and reimbursements. This individual will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring care to maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, monitoring and managing nursing system compliance.
- Ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of resident care services.
- Management of nursing staff, quality staff development, and overall HR quality and staff morale.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance resident satisfaction and achieve high customer service ratings.
This position does require an active Registered Nurse License in the State of Illinois. A minimum of 3 years experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required.
