JOB SUMMARY FOR Human Resources Generalist:
We are currently seeking the professional skills of Human Resources Generalist. As the HR Generalist you will plan, direct & coordinate a fast-paced human resources department. You will maintain functions such as payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, personnel policies, & regulatory compliance in addition to various administrative functions.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS FOR HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST:
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of comparable Human Resources experience
- Effective organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient reading, comprehension, writing, and mathematical ability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Interest in working with senior population
