SUMMARY:
The Supply Supervisor is responsible for the Material Distribution and Retail Supply Services operation under the project. The Supply Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and completion of all tasks and deliverables with respect to retail supply operations. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of task areas. Supervisor ensures compliance with requisite manpower, safety, fiscal and accountability guidance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, develop, or implement supply/property book programs and activities.
- Manage the Retail Supply property book.
- Confer with employees and customer to activities, such as: inventory, asset requisition, receipt, short-term holding, issue, redistribution, classify and turn-in, adjustment reports, reconciliations, maintenance of hand receipts/annexes and records control.
- Conducts and reports serial number and unique item tracking, and use of appropriate property book GCSS-Army for transactions, accountability and reporting.
- Reviews demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments.
- Inspect physical conditions of offices and equipment and ensure proper accountability and is conducted in accordance with required policies and procedures. Ensures proper functioning of all applicable Logistics Information Systems (LIS) in support of the Retail Supply (SSA) operations

- Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned/approved by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to devise steps necessary to complete tasks.
- Ability to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks, and work under deadlines.
- Excellent personal communication skills
- Maintain and support the TLC QC/Safety program.
- Will comply with all OSHA regulatory safety standards.
- Oversees day to day planning, implementation and problem solving of a team in the performance of the team’s assignment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
- 5-year experience on Supply and Services functions.
- Knowledge on AR 5-9, AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
- Knowledge to plan and accomplish a variety of complex work assignments and/or identify problems and be able to analyze and resolve
- Organization skills to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
- Intuitive, interpretive, and analytical comprehension to rapidly identify and resolve problems. Follow all Safety Regulation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time, talk on the telephone, work on a computer for extended periods of time, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must possess visual acuity to review written documentation; ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels and on the telephone; and the manual dexterity to operate a cell phone, handheld radio, telephone, and keyboard.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/HOURS:
This position is not eligible for remote work, as the essential functions of the role require the employee to perform duties on-site. Job is performed indoors and outdoors. May be exposed to inclement/extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may vary from moderate to high, depending on location. Job will require working flexible hours, sometimes under short notice, to accommodate for mission requirements to include weekends and holidays.
