Who are we? The LongBoard Group is an outsourced corporate development solution that helps our clients find and acquire great businesses. Our clients view M&A as a tool to grow their business. We help them execute their M&A strategies through deal sourcing, relationship building, and due diligence management services. We act as an extension of our clients’ executive team, offering insights and hands-on support.
What is the role? We are looking for a Corporate Development Analyst who will:
● Understand our clients’ business and long-term growth goals.
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify M&A targets.
● Manage the research and outreach process for M&A targets.
● Build rapport with c-level executives of potential acquisition targets.
● Analyze business overviews and financial statements to assess targets.
● Present findings and recommendations to our clients’ executive teams
● This role provides an opportunity to work closely with C-level executives and gain exposure to how they think about corporate strategy and M&A.
What qualities do we look for in you?
● You are eager to influence corporate strategy for small to medium-sized businesses.
● You are curious to learn about new industries and companies.
● You are a clear communicator and comfortable speaking with executives.
● You have at least 2 years of work experience in either: client facing, sales, marketing, strategy, or project management roles.
● You are entrepreneurial.
● You generate solutions to problems and tasks.
What is the compensation?
● Salary $70,000 depending on experience level and uncapped bonus.
