WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
An individual to market, place, and service fully insured, level funded, captive and self-funded health accounts, along with dental, vision and other ancillary group products. Has the ability to prioritize workflow issues for the most efficient use of time and resources. Life & Health License is required.
- Ability to explain health coverage options to clients.
- Advise clients on various health coverages available including fully insured, level funded, captives,
- self-funded health, as well as HSAs/HRAs, and ancillary lines of coverage.
- Become familiar with available carriers and products offered through Loomis, Emerson Reid and/or
- on a direct basis.
- Follow up with carriers in marketing process to obtain quotations.
- Prepare proposals summarizing options for client presentation.
- Take customer calls for any client related health questions.
- Handle additions and deletions to existing coverage from client to carrier as needed.
- Handle Enrollment Meetings with clients as needed.
- Handle renewal discussions and presentations with clients.
- Attend client meetings as requested by P&C or Benefits sourcing Producer.
- Work with Emerson Reid as our General Agent.
- Do rating as needed on Emerson Reid portal.
- Check follow-up items and any outstanding items.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
WHERE YOU'LL BE LOCATED:
In a secure, quiet location with high speed, reliable internet either remotely or in our Wyomissing Office. This position is on a flexible hybrid work schedule.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Customer service experience.
- Speed and accuracy in all areas.
- Detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized
DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Life & Health License required.
