WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Research billing/payment inquiries and provides timely resolution
- Audits and communicates premium lapse termination reporting when necessary
- Perform audits of premium transmittal files and policies with premium rate changes to ensure premium is being posted correctly
- Assist the billing team with billing related requests and/or projects as assigned
- Installs a new group system coding and re-enrolled case updates (i.e. Group number, accounts, products, plans and rates)
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.
WHERE YOU'LL BE LOCATED:
In a secure, quiet location with high speed, reliable internet either remotely or in our Wyomissing Office. This position is on a flexible hybrid work schedule.

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), plus two years customer service experience preferably with client facing background. Health benefits terminology required.
