WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
This position will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to a dedicated client and the BRD team.
- Establish and maintain a business relationship with new and existing brokers
- Client interaction and daily support as needed
- Collaboration with dedicated client on a regular basis
- Reconciliation and issuing of disbursement statements
- Basic research and error resolution
- Providing phone and email support relating to disbursements
- Research and reporting projects as assigned
- Provide Operational Support to Broker Relations and Dedicated Client
- Work closely with Business Analyst on Root Cause Analysis
- Provide support to the Online Support Team (Broke/Agent Credentialing)
- Research and respond to broker inquiries either telephonic or centralized e-mail
- Provide Administrative Support to the Broker Relations and Disbursements team as needed
WHERE YOU'LL BE LOCATED:
In a secure, quiet location with high speed, reliable internet either remotely or in our Wyomissing Office. This position is on a flexible hybrid work schedule.

- Extremely meticulous with a high degree of accuracy
- Quick to learn, and able to thoroughly understand new concepts.
- Good with numbers and error checking, as well as having a good intuition of when something looks wrong.
- Willing to bring problems and suggestions to management's attention.
- Comfortable working with large quantities of data
- Able to handle a high stress environment.
DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and administrative assistant experience.
