Under general supervision of the Chief Human Resources Officer and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Talent Management Specialist collaborates to manage all aspects of Loretto Hospital’s talent acquisition, development, and retention activities. The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for recruitment and retention, onboarding, employee and volunteer engagement, and workforce development to ensure that the workforce is equipped with the necessary talent resources, skills, and capabilities to drive organizational success.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources, talent management, or related fields, with a focus on recruitment, employee development, and retention.
- Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and support employee and volunteer engagement programs.
- Familiarity with workforce development strategies and practices.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with talent management software for performance reviews, employee training, and engagement surveys.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
