RLG puts employees first by offering you benefits that support your life and well-being.Candidates must be licensed in California.Essential Job FunctionsManage cases at all stages of litigation from pre-suit through judgment and develop strategies leading to efficient resolution of cases.Manage a hearing calendar and comply with strict court and client deadlines.Read, analyze, and summarize legal documents and present interpretations to fellow and / or supervisory attorneys, clients, courts and opposing counsel.Negotiate and settle cases-in-chief as well as pre-suit and post judgment accounts.Identify legal issues and recommend appropriate actions directly to clients.Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Effectively, and timely respond to direction / instruction from supervisors, peers, subordinates, clients, and management.Satisfy MCLE requirements on an ongoing basis.Report to work in a regular and timely manner.Maintain a regular presence in the office and function as a resource for fellow attorneys and support staff such as paralegals, administrative assistants, collectors, and subrogation specialists.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation level : Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-Accredited law school, required.
